An engaging and highly educational experience in which the team, led by an experienced chef, gets to the heart of the dynamics of a real kitchen brigade. Each participant takes on a specific and key role, which can range from ingredient preparation to cooking, from dish composition to presentation. The goal is to collaborate together to create a complete menu, learning time management, coordination and effective communication skills, as in a high-intensity work environment.
Through this hands-on experience, team members improve their ability to work under pressure, listen to each other and solve any problems quickly and efficiently. Each stage of preparation is an opportunity to develop new skills, strengthen mutual trust and stimulate collective creativity.
The activity ends with the tasting of the dishes prepared together, a moment of satisfaction that not only celebrates the end result but also the collaborative journey undertaken by the group. Sharing the fruits of one’s labor and savoring the results of one’s hands creates a strong and lasting bond, growing team spirit and consolidating cohesion among participants.
