At the end, chefs evaluate the creations, offer feedback and decide the winning team. Perfect for groups of 20 to 60 people, this 4-hour experience combines learning, fun and team spirit.
Cake Design
The Cake Design Challenge is an original and fun team-building activity ideal for stimulating creativity, collaboration and communication. Divided into teams, participants design and decorate spectacular cakes under the guidance of experienced pastry chefs. Guided by the expertise of Ais Sommelier Barbara Brandoli, team members learn to recognize and appreciate the aromas, flavors and unique characteristics of different fine wine labels, exploring tasting techniques and fine food pairings.
Kitchen Experience
An educational and engaging experience in which your team, led by an experienced chef, takes on the roles of a kitchen brigade. You will collaborate to create a full menu, improving pressure management and stimulating creativity. The day will end with a tasting of the dishes you have prepared, celebrating your teamwork and achievements together.
Hands in Pasta
Team Building “Mani in Pasta” is an engaging culinary activity that aims to strengthen cohesion and collaboration within a work group.During this experience, participants, led by professional chefs, try their hand at preparing traditional dishes, literally putting their “hands in pasta.”
